  • What if I wear glasses?
    Our Headset accommodates most glasses by default, and if needed you can increase the space in the headset. Our staff is trained to assist participants in properly adjusting the VR equipment to ensure comfort and optimal performance.
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    The Cube VR & Lounge is a family-friendly venue and welcomes guests from ages 13+, however, anyone aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is not required to play but needs to be present. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, regardless of age.
  • Is there a dress code?
    Guests are welcome to visit us in attire that suits their personal style, as long as they feel comfortable. We want everyone to feel at home when they visit The Cube VR & Lounge, and we believe that a relaxed dress code contributes to the inviting and inclusive environment that we strive to maintain.
